CSS vs. html

If you are starting new with CSS, w3schools is the best place to jump to. Also, one can use the trial version of Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 which is a visual editor and can generate the CSS code for you.

Finally you must validate the CSS, HTML or XHTML using the free online validators available, one such validator is available at validator.w3.org
